Face of Innocence – Pangolin in Acrylics on Canvas

‘Face of Innocence’ – My portrayal of the beautiful and sadly endangered Pangolin.
Created in Acrylics on a Stretched Canvas.
According to National Geographic, it’s believed that these gentle and harmless animals are now the world’s most trafficked non-human mammal and all species face declining populations because of illegal trade. 😢 In appearance and behaviour they look a lot like anteaters and armadillos, however pangolins are actually more closely related to bears, cats, and dogs.
Much thanks to Noelle Van Der Westhuizen for your kindness in sharing your photo on behalf of the great work of CRASH (Conservationists Raising Awareness for Species & Habitats) ❤️
